After shipment, the estimated transit time is 4–7 business days.
The estimated total delivery timeframe is therefore approximately 5–10 business days.
Business days generally exclude weekends and applicable public holidays.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, transportation disruptions, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

10. Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before the purchase is completed.
Shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery destination, package characteristics, and available shipping method.
Customers will be able to review the applicable order total before submitting payment.
11. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may be delayed, unsuccessful, or returned to the sender.

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside Favosia’s reasonable control.

13. Returns
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Refund and Returns Policy.
Returned products generally must be unused, in their original condition, and include applicable original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and other components.

15. Customer-Remorse Returns
If an eligible product is returned because the customer changed their mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer wants the product, the customer is responsible for applicable return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges, where applicable, are generally non-refundable for customer-remorse returns unless otherwise required by law.
16. Refunds
Once an eligible return has been received, inspected, and approved, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Approved refunds are generally processed by us within 5–10 business days after approval.
